The Black Bears program is for athletes 10-13 years old who have no biathlon experience and wish to build basic biathlon skills. Athletes are invited (but not required) to compete in local races organized by the club, however the focus of the program is on fun and learning skills, not competing. All athletes will train on laser rifles provided by the club.

The Grizzly Bears program is for athletes 10-13 years old who have biathlon experience and wish to continue building basic biathlon skills. Athletes are invited (but not required) to compete in local races organized by the club. All athletes will train on laser rifles provided by the club.

The Youth Learn to Ski program is for children aged 10-13 (as at Dec. 31, 2023) who are new to skiing, or still developing basic skills.
