MEMBERSHIP

Chelsea Nordiq is a not-for-profit, community-based cross-country ski and biathlon club serving the Outaouais/Ottawa region. We are proud of our growing membership and the roles countless volunteers play to run our vibrant, successful organization. Our Annual memberships run from September 1 to March 31 of the following year. There are four membership options:

Annual Family Membership - $130
1 household of up to 2 adult parents or guardians and their children. This membership is valid from September 1 to August 31 of the following year.

Annual Individual Membership - $75
Typically for one adult. It can be used for one child, although a Family membership is recommended if possible. This membership is valid from September 1 to August 30 of the following year.

“Learn To” Individual Membership - $30

Only for our introductory programs (Bunny Rabbit, Jackrabbit, Into/Rec. Biathlon, Adult Lessons), this membership can be used for families who only have participants in the qualifying programs. Our goal is to ensure an affordable entry for initiates to skiing and biathlon. Note there are two flavours of the “Learn To” membership - for children 14 and under and for youth and adults (this is for tax purposes). This membership runs from January 1 to March 31. If a Family Membership has already been purchased, the “Learn To” membership is not needed.

Summer Membership - $35

This program is for anyone joining a summer program (Biathlon, Nordic Race) who has not previously purchased a Family or Individual Membership from the previous fall/winter. For example, someone who has just moved into the region in the spring/summer. This membership is valid from April 1 to August 30.

If you are interested in joining but might need some support, Chelsea Nordiq has an assistance program for qualified applicants.
