Our annual biathlon competition
Our 2024 event was a huge success. Thank you to all our amazing volunteers, without whom the event could not happen. We would also like to recognize the invaluable financial contribution from Loisirs Sport Outaouais and the Ministère de l'Éducation et l'Enseignement supérieur. Their support helped ensure the viability of this important event.
For athletes aged 10 and up, .22 and air rifle categories.
We are pleased to announce that this year’s edition will be back to normal. We anticipate that close to 100 biathletes from Québec, Ontario and the U.S. will compete in both .22 and air rifle categories. Once again our race will be under the guidance of Pierre Dupuis with the help of our devoted group of volunteer chiefs. The success of this event relies on a number of volunteers. We ask that parents of athletes both from Chelsea and out of town, sign-up to lend a hand. (See Ivolunteer link below). Volunteering gives you one of the best seats in the house to watch the event. And thanks to our main sponsor, Euro-Sports Nordic in Ottawa, we will have cash and door prizes for athletes and volunteers. We keep our goal of making our race the most attended of all Québec Cups. We look forward to welcoming you at the Gaetan Brosseau biathlon range on February 10-11, 2024.
